We accept - check, Zelle, payments from escrow agencies (i.e. Seed Trust), or cash.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:  Credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or HSA (Health Care Savings Accounts)

Payment is due on or before the date of service.

INSURANCE We do not bill insurance.  However, the receipt you will be provided may be used to submit to your insurance or HSA account.

COSTS - Medical Ultrasounds and Labs (ordered by your IVF clinic)

Ultrasound (follicular transvaginal) : $300.00

Ultrasound (early OB/pregnancy - transvaginal): $300.00

Laboratory Tests: $140.00 per test run in Madison. For example, an order for an estradiol ($140) and progesterone ($140) level = $280.00

Our Wausau Office is able to provide IVF/FET monitoring labs at $75.00 per test run in Wausau.

Drawing a Lab Kit (i.e. FDA labs): $40.00

COSTS - NON-Medical Ultrasounds (only offered at our Wausau, Wisconsin location)

Costs range from $100-200 for non-medical (just for fun!) ultrasounds.

These ultrasounds last 20-30 minutes and you'll receive pictures to take home.  Bring your partner, bring the family, use these visits to bond with your baby and get a sneak peek!
