My experience with hundreds of egg donor, surrogate, sperm donor, and embryo donation cycles as a nurse practitioner in a fertility clinic illustrated how these options can bring out the best in humans. I started Forward Fertility to continue this work, reaching more people and setting high standards for the service provided.

Amy Osgood
Coordinator
Amy has been working as a coordinator at Forward Fertility since September 2018. Her warm smile, kind eyes, knowledge of the health care system and insurance, and desire to help others are a few of her most outstanding qualities. She also has a killer sense of humor, quick wit, is incredibly crafty, has an amazing memory, and is willing to give anything a try.
Women’s health has always been a professional passion for Amy and she worked many years as a medical assistant in a busy obstetrics and gynecologic practice. Prior to that, she was a medical and lab assistant in primary care and with a diabetic educator. These experiences have proved to be invaluable for her role as an egg donor and gestational carrier coordinator.
One of Amy’s first memories as a child was knowing that she wanted to be a mom, she has fulfilled that dream with her five children. Now she is honored to help families achieve their dreams of becoming parents. Amy feels so lucky to work with all of the people who come to Forward Fertility from the egg donor, the gestational carrier, her partner (if applicable) and the parents. All of these people share a common goal; to help people accomplish their dream of becoming parents. Heidi has been a nurse since 2001 and has over a decade of experience in the field of fertility care. Patients love her. Her caring, warm demeanor, and attention to detail are just part of her charm.
Katie Anderson
Sonographer
Since childhood, Katie has always known she wanted to be in the medical field. Her strong desire to help others shines through both her professional career and her personal journey as a surrogate.
Katie has been in the medical field for nearly 20 years, beginning as a CNA and pharmacy technician before discovering her passion for sonography. She graduated from the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at CVTC and has been a practicing sonographer for 11 years. She is registered and specializes in abdominal, OB-GYN, and breast ultrasound.
Katie’s connection to Forward Fertility runs deep—she is a proud two-time surrogate, having helped grow two incredible families. Her surrogacy experiences were life-changing, and she is thrilled to continue supporting others through her work with Forward Fertility.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and their dogs. Whether it's relaxing on the water or golfing with her husband, she cherishes every moment with her family.
