REMOTE MONITORING FOR IVF AND FET CYCLES

If you have chosen an IVF clinic out of the Madison area, but need local monitoring near you for your IVF or FET cycle, contact Forward Fertility to assist you.  If you are in Madison for work or vacation and need monitoring, Forward Fertility helps keep your cycle on track. Women’s health nurse practitioner, Christie Olsen, performs ultrasounds for egg donors, gestational carriers, and women going through IVF and FET cycles.  She has 20 years of experience doing ultrasounds in the field of reproductive health.

Christie provides professional, convenient, and affordable care, so the monitoring visits are the least of your worries. Ultrasound and lab results are STAT and your home clinic receives them by noon on the day you are seen.  We know reproductive endocrinologists like to see the images, so results also always include images so your provider reviews ultrasound with their own eyes.

For years, we have provided monitoring for clinics such as: Fertility Centers of Illinois, Advanced Fertility Centers of Chicago, Kindbody (Vios) Fertility, RMA of New Jersey, RMA of Northern California, Center for Reproductive Medicine in Minneapolis, among other clinics.

Services:

*Transvaginal ultrasound monitoring for egg donors, gestational carriers, and women going through their own IVF or FET cycles *STAT laboratory testing for hormone levels (estrogen,     progesterone, quantitative hcg, LH, AMH, FSH, prolactin *Venipuncture for Infectious Disease/FDA testing (your clinic must provide the kit)

We do NOT provide: semen analysis or saline sonograms (sonohysterograms).  Also, we are not a fertility clinic for insemination or IVF.

Early OB ultrasounds should be performed with your ob/gyn provider.

Setting for Monitoring:

The ultrasounds and IVF labs are completed in the privacy of the Forward Fertility office, on the near west side of Madison, near Hilldale Mall, with ample parking and a central location.

Timing of Appointments:

For your convenience, appointments available Monday-Friday and times can be as early as 6am, so you can still get to work on time. Keep in mind, some dates and times may not be available. However, advance notice will optimize your scheduling can be accommodated. On a case by case basis, weekend appointments are available.

Cost of ultrasound and labs: 

• Transvaginal ultrasound, $300.
• Each hormonal lab, $140.
• FDA kits (must provide your own kit), $100.
• Payment is due at the time of service: NOTE: wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, and checks only.
• Please note, we do not bill insurance and credit cards are not accepted.
